From now on, you can use Sentoo to pay your Citizens Insurance invoice. Sentoo is an easy and safe way to pay online via your bank account. A payment link in our email or Sentoo QR code on your invoice will immediately redirect you to your secure banking environment. The required payment information, including the correct account number, amount, and/or payment reference for the transaction, has already been filled in for you.

Pay online in only 3 steps:

1. In your email, click on the image “Pay securely online with Sentoo” or scan the QR code.
2. You are redirected to a secure Sentoo payment page. Here, please select your bank. Sentoo is available for Banco di Caribe, MCB, and Orco Bank. You will then be redirected directly to your online banking app or website.
3. The payment reference, amount, and bank account number have already been filled in for you. Please review the details and approve the payment.

What are the advantages?

What else should you know about paying with Sentoo?

• You can only pay the total amount.
• The amount will be debited from your bank account immediately.
• Your bank must support Sentoo.
• We do not charge any transaction costs for paying with Sentoo.
• If you pay with a business account, your bank’s business transaction costs will still apply.
